$110 per player in total: the $20 SEA Cup tournament fee, plus $90 to Mount Hood ($64 green fee + $26 cart).

Send the $20 tournament fee by Venmo to @SarimSon with the note “$20 tournament fee - your team”, for example “$20 tournament fee - Cambodia”. Pay the $90 green fee and cart ($64 + $26) at the Mount Hood clubhouse when you arrive.

No. And we don’t ask for your date of birth or age at all.

No. You can add your handicap index if you have one, but the event uses System 36, which works out a handicap from your round.

Yes, until you’re approved you can switch freely in your profile. After approval, choosing a new team sends a request that an organizer approves.

You’ll get an email when your registration is approved, and your profile will show “You’re on Team …”.

No. Until you add one, your initials are your avatar.

When pairings are published. Every approved player gets an email with their group, sides, tee time and tees, and it also appears in the Player app.

Groups of four play two against two: two players from one nation against two from another. Everyone plays their own ball; the sides just make it social.

The organizers set the pairings. If you have a request, contact them before pairings are published.

One player waits on the list until another player from the same nation joins, so every side in a group is two players from one nation.

The organizers assign tees for each player. You’ll see yours in the Player app and the pairings email.

Individual stroke play over 18 holes: everyone plays their own ball, scored with System 36.

On each hole you earn points: par or better 2, bogey 1, double bogey or worse 0. Add your points for 18 holes. Handicap = 36 − points. Net = gross − handicap.

Every player’s net score is added up for their nation. The lowest total wins. If two nations tie, the one with more total System 36 points wins.

In each group of four, the app adds up the System 36 points each side’s two players have earned: a friendly side-vs-side summary. It doesn’t change the nation standings, which use net scores.

By net score, lowest first. Equal nets share the position.

Every player plays their own ball for all 18 holes and has their own scorecard.

The USGA Rules of Golf apply, along with any local rules at Mount Hood.

The most you can score on a hole is double par: 6 on a par 3, 8 on a par 4, 10 on a par 5. Pick up there.

Groups of four play two against two, one nation against another. The side-by-side points in the app are a friendly summary: every player’s own score is what counts.

One player on each side keeps the other side’s two cards. After the round you confirm your own card, and the tournament desk verifies it.

Check-in opens at 9:30 AM in the clubhouse, where you collect your team shirt. The first group tees off at 10:30 AM. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your tee time.

Your clubs, a charged phone (scores are kept in the Player app), and payment for your green fee and cart at the course.

Your opponents. One player on each side keeps the other side’s two cards; the side decides who on the day, and either player can take over in the app.

The scorer submits your card, you confirm it on your phone, and the tournament desk verifies it.

Scores entered in the app are kept on the phone and sync when the connection returns. The tournament desk can also enter a paper card.

At dinner and awards at Flo Golf Lounge (880 Broadway, Saugus, MA 01906), from 5:00 PM. Dinner is provided for all players. Live standings are on this site all day.

Yes. Live scores, team standings, tee times and results are on this website. No account needed.

Your name, photo (if you add one), team, hometown and handicap index, plus your scores. Your email and phone are never shown, and we don’t collect your date of birth. See the Privacy Policy.
