1. Who runs SEA Cup

SEA Cup 2026 is organized by its tournament organizers, Jeffrey Pagulong, Justin Girard, Sarim Son and Sinh Nguyen (“we”, “the organizers”). You can reach us through the contact options on the event page.

2. Your account

You need an account to register and to keep score. Sign-in is handled by our sign-in provider, with a code sent to your email or phone, or an optional password. You can delete your account from your profile at any time.

Keep your sign-in secure and use your real name. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Registering to play

Registering is a request to play. The organizers approve, waitlist or decline registrations and may limit numbers to keep the three teams balanced.

Registration closes Saturday, October 17, 2026 at 11:58 PM ET.

After approval, team changes are made by request and need an organizer’s approval.

Players under 18 need a parent or guardian’s permission to register and play. By registering a player under 18, the parent or guardian agrees to these terms on their behalf.

4. Fees

The cost is $110 per player: a $20 tournament fee, paid by Venmo to @SarimSon with the note “$20 tournament fee - [your team]”, and $90 paid to Mount Hood Golf Club when you arrive ($64 green fee + $26 cart).

If you withdraw before pairings are published, we’ll refund your $20 tournament fee by Venmo. After that the fee isn’t refundable, unless we cancel the event, in which case everyone’s tournament fee is refunded. The $90 course fee is paid at Mount Hood on the day, so you only pay it if you play.

5. Pairings, format and scoring

The organizers set groups, sides, tee times and tees. The event is individual stroke play scored with System 36, with a maximum of double par on any hole. The USGA Rules of Golf apply, along with any local rules.

Scores are kept by opponents in the app, confirmed by the player, and verified by the tournament desk. Scores shown during the day are provisional until verified. The tournament desk’s decision on scores and results is final.

6. Fair play and conduct

Record scores honestly, respect the course and its rules, and be courteous to other players, staff and spectators. Mount Hood Golf Club’s own rules apply on the course.

The organizers may withdraw a player or adjust scores where rules are broken or scores are misrecorded.

7. Your content

If you upload a profile photo, you confirm you have the right to use it and you allow us to show it on the SEA Cup website and apps for the event. You can remove it at any time in your profile.

Organizers and guests may take photos and video at the event, and we may use them on the SEA Cup website and social media to report on and promote SEA Cup. If you’d rather not appear, tell an organizer on the day or email info@seacup2026.com, and we’ll remove you from anything we’ve published.

8. Health and safety

Golf is a physical outdoor activity. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for being fit to play and for your own equipment and belongings.

To the extent the law allows, the organizers aren’t liable for injury, loss or damage arising from taking part, except where caused by our own negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

9. Changes and cancellations

We may change the schedule, format or pairings, or postpone or cancel the event, for example because of weather or course conditions. We’ll tell registered players by email and on this website.

10. The website and apps

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but live scores can be delayed or corrected. The service is provided “as is” for the event.

Sponsor links go to other websites that have their own terms.

11. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms we’ll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, email registered players.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
